By using the Nooral.ai website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, you must cease using our platforms.

Nooral.ai builds custom Artificial Intelligence solutions, deep learning models, visual analytics pipelines, and dynamic mobile applications. Project specific scopes, budgets, and milestones are governed under individual contract sheets.

Upon final invoice settlement, clients own the final custom deliverables built for them. Nooral.ai retains all ownership of our pre-built reusable modules, template architectures, and internal training methodologies.

Milestone payment schedules are defined in contract sheets. Late payments may trigger development pauses, delayed deliveries, or additional interest charges if specified in the service agreement.

Nooral.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses. Our absolute liability caps at the total sum paid by the client for the specific software milestone under review.

We integrate external third-party cloud APIs (such as AWS, Azure, OpenAI, or dynamic database clusters). Nooral.ai is not responsible for outages, price shifts, or API revisions caused by external providers.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian laws. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Satara, Maharashtra, India.

We periodically update these terms to align with legal reforms and server expansions. Continued usage of our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance.
